HN Dentique International | Last Updated: September 28, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to HN Dentique International. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and, where incorporated into an order or agreement, the purchase of our dental and surgical instruments.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Separate written agreements, approved quotations or purchase orders may establish additional or different commercial terms.

2. Our Products and Services

HN Dentique International supplies dental and surgical instruments and offers manufacturing, bulk supply, OEM and private-label solutions for professional customers and distributors.

Product specifications, available customization options, minimum order quantities and delivery requirements may vary according to the product and individual order.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious software or misuse its content.

We reserve the right to restrict access where necessary to protect our website, users and business operations.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, technical specifications and other website information are accurate and up to date.

However, website content may contain typographical errors or require updates. Product photographs are illustrative, and minor visual differences may occur.

The specifications confirmed in an approved quotation or written sales agreement will govern the relevant order.

5. Quotations and Orders

Product inquiries and quotation requests do not constitute confirmed orders.

An order becomes binding when accepted by HN Dentique International in writing or otherwise confirmed under the agreed sales process.

We may request additional information before accepting orders, particularly for customized instruments, OEM manufacturing and international shipments.

Any modifications or cancellations after order acceptance are subject to our written approval and applicable contractual terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are provided through website listings, quotations or direct communication, as applicable.

Prices may vary depending on order quantity, product specifications, customization requirements, materials, packaging and delivery destination.

Unless expressly included in a quotation, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and other import-related expenses are additional.

Payment methods, currencies, deposits and payment deadlines will be confirmed in the applicable quotation or invoice.

7. Manufacturing and Customization

For custom-manufactured and private-label products, customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, drawings, branding materials and other relevant requirements.

Production may begin following approval of specifications, samples or prototypes and receipt of any required advance payment.

Changes requested after production has commenced may result in additional costs or revised delivery schedules.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated manufacturing and delivery timelines will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

Delivery schedules may be affected by production requirements, transportation availability, customs clearance, regulatory procedures and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The applicable shipping terms, delivery destination, allocation of freight charges and transfer of risk will be established in the relevant quotation or sales agreement.

9. Product Quality and Inspection

We aim to supply products that conform to the specifications and quality requirements agreed with our customers.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and notifying us of any defects, shortages or discrepancies in accordance with the applicable Return & Refund Policy and sales agreement.

Any product-specific certifications, regulatory approvals or technical standards must be expressly confirmed for the relevant products. The presence of general information on our website does not establish certification or regulatory approval for every product.

10. Professional Use and Product Responsibility

Our dental and surgical instruments are intended for appropriate professional use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended applications and that handling, cleaning, sterilization, maintenance and use comply with applicable instructions and regulatory requirements.

Products must not be used contrary to their intended purpose or applicable safety requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos and other materials owned by HN Dentique International, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our proprietary website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

For OEM and private-label projects, ownership and permitted use of customer-provided trademarks, designs and other intellectual property will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

12. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, applicable law and any agreed contractual terms.

Order cancellations, particularly for custom-manufactured or OEM products, may involve charges for materials, completed production or other costs already incurred, as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HN Dentique International will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions, unauthorized misuse of our website or other circumstances for which liability may lawfully be excluded.

Liability relating to product defects, warranties, contractual obligations and other commercial matters will be governed by the applicable sales agreement and mandatory legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We do not control or assume responsibility for their content, security or privacy practices.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party will be responsible for a failure or delay in performing contractual obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, government restrictions, significant transportation disruptions or other extraordinary events.

The affected party should notify the other party promptly and take reasonable steps to minimize disruption.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory laws applicable to the relevant transaction.

The parties should first attempt to resolve commercial disputes through good-faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to the courts or other dispute resolution forum specified in the applicable agreement.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated website terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
