Forging & CNC Machining
High-quality stainless steel is forged into a strong instrument structure. Advanced CNC machining and milling then ensure precise dimensions, consistent shapes and accurate working components.

Grinding & Heat Treatment
Each instrument is carefully ground and refined to achieve the required profile, balance and functionality. Controlled heat treatment improves its hardness, strength and long-term durability.

Polishing & Passivation
The instrument is professionally polished to achieve a smooth and refined surface. Passivation further enhances corrosion resistance and protects the stainless-steel finish.

Quality Inspection & Packaging
Every finished instrument is inspected for dimensions, alignment, surface finish and functionality. Once approved, it is cleaned, securely packaged and prepared for worldwide delivery.
